Linde Engelhardt-Rafi, born 1980, works as a trainer and mediator in the Gartner-Steffen Personnel Development Team.
Linde studied to become an actress and social pedagogue with her main emphasis being social management and psychology, and she collected early experiences in the area of pedagogy.
She is a natural health professional for psychotherapy and is skillful in working with people in diverse life situations.
As a trainer, Linde Engelhardt-Rafi works with different companies guiding them to find solutions to conflict situations. As a mediator, she is actively involved in the training of mediators.
She has collected work experience in many different areas such as art (stage, film, TV and moderation); communications (mediation and conflict moderation, telephone marketing, promotion); and in social sectors, working within the youth welfare system, as well as in social care and project work. She has just recently passed a behavioural therapeutically training.
Her training emphasises on the GSPE Team are conflict management – dealing with and finding constructive solutions to conflict situations; and interpersonal communication and personality development.
Over and above that she trains and advises people on how to improve their self-awareness resulting in self-confidence and a more effective image.
